The Opportunity

This is a well-balanced portfolio with excellent internal support. You’ll step into a role where expectations are clear, relationships matter, and your workday actually feels manageable.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a clean and well-maintained residential portfolio

• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and trades

• Conducting routine inspections, entry/exit reports and rent reviews

• Coordinating maintenance requests and following up with all parties

• Preparing leasing documentation and supporting leasing when required

• Handling negotiations, problem-solving and delivering quality service

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance at all stages

About You

You’ll excel in this role if you’re:

• An experienced Property Manager (ideally 1–3+ years)

• Confident with Queensland legislation and PM processes

• A strong communicator who builds rapport easily

• Calm under pressure and solutions-focused

• Organised, reliable and comfortable managing relationships

• Tech-savvy and familiar with common PM platforms
